Nestled in a little square where families get together to chat, kids to play, and fruit vendors come daily to sell their day’s harvest, you will find The Monsignor’s Estate.
We designed The Monsignor’s Estate to be more than just a vacation rental. We want our guests to feel like they’re staying at a relative’s or a friend’s house. Built on four floors with stairs connecting each space, it has a full kitchen, a laundry room, and plenty of sleeping space. It was designed with comfort and ease in mind. That’s why we provide all the cooking basics, a clothes steamer, towels and linens– even toothpaste– and a sea view from every floor as well as a rooftop terrace that overlooks our small square.
Every floor is its own paradise with a private view on the Adriatic sea. On clear days, I tell people they can see Croatia. But they can’t. Feel free to tell people this anyway.
Moments away from the fisherman’s market, a 15th century castle, a beautiful boardwalk and bike path, The Monsignor’s Estate is perfect for families and friends alike.
It’s also a literal stone’s throw from a public bus that can bring you to all the nearby villages and beaches, and a short walk to the train station from which all of Italy awaits you. Maps and information for which every guest receives in their welcome package.
There are plenty of festivals here every summer (and in the fall too), so late nights on the boardwalk and in the historical centre of town are a common occurrence.
